Recently Claudia Black announced at the Farscape Convention that she had just finished shooting a film called "Rain from Stars". It also stars Brian Krause from Charmed and French Stewart from 3rd Rock From the Sun.

"Rain from Stars" is an independent movie written and directed by Canadian director Stephen Wallis and produced by the independent company Damn Good Entertainment ("A Christmas Too Many", "To Kill a Mockumentary").

"Rain from Stars" has been filmed in Los Angeles and the plot is about the bone chilling story of an old man who recounts a terrifying tale to his friends that happened to him back in the 1940's during the trial of one of the most brutal murders of the era. As the jurors deliberate over the details, one by one they begin to disappear in what appears to be a fully contained and locked room. As he continues to tell the story we find out that not only do all the jurors have something in common with the murder, so do the men he's telling it too.

We only know the release date of this movie in Canada that is set on October 31st, 2010. We hope to see more dates added in more countries but in the meantime stay tuned to CBO for more details about this movie, Claudia's character and much more.
