Claudia Black voiced Mass Effect 2, a new game for PC and XBox 360 playing a minor character named Admiral Xen. A recent interview with Jennifer Hale (a voice actress in ME2) confirmed that Claudia was part of the cast. "The story is so solid and so cool. I really feel that we hit even more of our stride in ME2. We have a phenomenal supporting cast with Claudia Black(Chloe from Uncharted 2), Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galacitca), Carrie Anne Moss (Matrix Trilogy), Martin Sheen (West Wing, Apocalypse Now), Michael Hogan (Battlestar Galactica), and others people in our supporting cast as well as a bunch of our originals returning which is just so great."

According to the manual of the game Claudia Black played Xen and additional voices (thanks to gotthammer for confirming that information on the forum).

Mass Effect 2 is an action role-playing game developed by BioWare (Dragon Age: Origins) and published by Electronic Arts. The game is also the sequel to Mass Effect, and was released on Windows and Xbox 360 in North America and India on January 26, 2010, and in Australia on January 28, 2010. The game was also released in Europe on January 29, 2010.

The plot is about two years after Commander Shepard repelled invading Reapers bent on the destruction of organic life, a mysterious new enemy has emerged. On the fringes of known space, something is silently abducting entire human colonies. Now Shepard must work with Cerberus, a ruthless organization devoted to human survival at any cost, to stop the most terrifying threat mankind has ever faced.

To even attempt this perilous mission, Shepard must assemble the galaxy's most elite team and command the most powerful ship ever built. Even then, they say it would be suicide. Commander Shepard intends to prove them wrong.

Mass Effect 2 contains 90 voice actors playing 546 characters, speaking over 31,000 lines of dialogue. Mark Meer, the voice actor for the male Commander Shepard, suggested that voice recording for the second game was so extensive that it took double the amount of time recording on the first game did.

Actors Martin Sheen, Michael Dorn, Carrie-Anne Moss, Yvonne Strahovski, Tricia Helfer, Shohreh Aghdashloo, Adam Baldwin, Claudia Black, Simon Templeman and Michael Hogan voiced characters in the game among others. Keith David and Seth Green also continue their roles in the series as David Anderson and Jeff "Joker" Moreau respectively.
